Secondary Ranger and PowerShot Skill
The Power Shot skill is only available at the trainer in ascalon pre searing to Primary rangers right? is this skill available to secondairy rangers anywhere?

The powershot skill is not an elite skill and is affected by your markmanships atribute, so everyone with a ranger profession, primary or secondary, should be able to access it.

Can this skill be found after the Searing? or shoudl you find it before the searing?

Any skill you miss out on in Pre-Searing can be bought from the trainer in Post-Searing Ascalon City. This includes skills that were restricted to primary onlies such as Healing Breeze and Rediculously Expensive and Ineffective without Expertise Shot -- I mean Power Shot. So a */Ran can buy up Power Shot, a */Nec can get Vampiric Gaze, and so on.
